Who We Are

Shiksha Bharti is a reputed voluntary organization incorporated under Indian Societies Registration Act, 1860 vide registration no 2266/2000-2001. Being a NGO, it is a non-political and non-profit oriented in its workings and was established in the year 2001. It is being managed by a dedicated team of social activists and volunteers with a view of facilitating the under privileged section of the society to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate programme designed by their own growth and development. It has been providing support to the disadvantaged sections of the community by encouraging their active participation in all level so as to develop a self reliant society with a focus on socio-economic empowerment of the community especially women as decision makers in the development process.

What We Do

— Skill Development Training Program

An awareness generation programme aimed at making women aware about the need for financial independence was organized by the society. The women participating in the programme were informed about the need for education in the self-reliance of the women

— DRINKING WATER & COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME

Safe drinking water is the water that can be delivered to the user and is safe for drinking, food preparation, personal hygiene and washing. The water must meet the required quality standards at the point of supply to the users.

—RAIN WATER HARVESTING & RECHARGEING PROGRAMME

Rainwater harvesting (RWH) has been practised over many decades for various purposes, including domestic use. The practice contributes largely to sustainable development in terms of providing ‘free’ water to many people.

— RURAL DEVELOPMENT & SANITATION PROGRAMME:

The Society is conducting this programme. In the past year society has organised various rural development camp to promote the general awareness among the villagers about the drainage systems, Literacy program, Hygienic facility and to facilitate them so that they can increase their standard of
living.

— COMPUTER EDUCATION & TRAINING PROGRAMME

The Society is conducting various computers training program at its premises to promote the awareness about the use of Computer in day-to-day life. Various unemployed boys/girls had gain benefit from the program.The women participating in the programme were informed about the need for education in the self-reliance of the women.

-LITERACY/EDUCATION PROGRAMME

The society has been running a school. To promote education to poor children who are unable to join school due to poverty and. Responsibility of family, Society has started education centre on different
places, regularly the efforts of the Society love thrown a new light of hope for farmer, who is illiterate.
